General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed in the COTLAN online shop (Swiss Asia International Trading GmbH, Kalkofen 8, 8782 Rüti GL, Switzerland). By placing an order, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the shop is a non-binding offer. By completing the order at checkout, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include value added tax. Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods offered there. The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

We deliver within Switzerland. Shipping costs are CHF 4.00 per order. For orders of CHF 80 or more, shipping is free. Delivery is usually made within 3–5 business days after receipt of the order by Swiss Post. If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately. 5. Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receipt if they are unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging. You bear the return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price via the original payment method. Details can be found under Shipping and Returns.

6. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Please report visible defects or delivery errors to us within 7 days of receipt, preferably with a photo, via the contact form.

7. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence, indirect damages, and consequential damages is excluded.

8. Data Protection

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Rüti GL, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
