Which size is right for my bed?

For bedding, the size of your duvet matters, while for fitted sheets, you need the length, width and height of the mattress. All the details can be found on the sizes page.

How do I wash my bedding?

Wash gently at 60°C, inside out, using a mild detergent. Find out more on the care page.

When will my item be back in stock?

Many items are currently sold out. Contact us and we'll let you know as soon as your desired item is back in stock.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 3–5 business days within Switzerland. All the information can be found on the shipping and returns page.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 14 days, provided the item is unwashed and unused.

What payment methods are available?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
